We start with the land and the people. Before a single line is drawn, we walk the site, study the light, and listen to how the household actually lives. A grandparent who rises early. A teenager who needs a door that closes. A kitchen that holds the whole family at once.
Then the design takes shape around those specifics. Layouts flex as the family does, with room to gather and room to retreat. Off-grid systems, solar, water, and septic, are woven in from the beginning rather than bolted on later, so the home carries more of its own weight.
What follows is craft. Materials chosen to age well. Details that reward a second look. A house that feels settled the day you move in, and keeps feeling that way for the generations after.
